OMNIlife Science was forced to relocate due to eminent domain, they sought a space for headquartering offices alongside their R&D technology and related functions. Time was extremely tight with a 4-month deadline.
Structural advantages included side plate steel columns to lighten on-site tonnage, variable refrigerant flow, and high-efficiency HVAC systems to lessen environmental impact while allowing for infinite variability in temperature control.
This addition added to the Senior Metal Bellows building consists of a first-floor manufacturing space with a second-story open floor plan for corporate offices, a full-service lunchroom, and an anterior entrance.
Expanded office space, a clean, modern aesthetic, and build-out of mezzanine/bar area created communal spaces that reinforced culture.

Dacon was subsequently asked to return and renovate 3 additional floors. Estimated close to cost, $7,000 was returned to the client. Formerly vacant for 5 years, this building became fully leased with Dacon designing the retail block.
For 120 years, Gordon has kept restaurants and foodservice organizations in good taste, supplying culinary products and operations expertise.
After relocating to a new home 20 minutes from Gentle Giant's existing location, the property was refitted by Dacon to incorporate 80 cubicles, 11 executive offices, 4 conference rooms and communal spaces to support a strong collaborative culture centered on equality.
To maximize views of the natural surroundings, Dacon used full-height glass and spandrel windows.
