Employing the efficient processes of design build, a 96,000 SF 3-story office building was created that included a style out center, product development library, 270˚ vista employee fitness room and vendor viewing rooms.
The primary goal for this building was to create a space that enforces corporate brand identity, creating a driving force and sense of purpose that is so compelling that it empowers employees and clients to action.
Senior Metal Bellows is renowned for creating high durability products for demanding environments, an increase in sales necessitated expanding their 50-year location to include additional manufacturing and office facilities.
The resulting 348,000 SF Gordon Food Service facility entailed 2-story executive offices, a cooler dock, freezer, dry goods storage, 6 pump fuel station, and 45 loading docks. Completion time was only 4 months with $264,000 returned in savings.
Expanded office space, a clean, modern aesthetic, and build-out of mezzanine/bar area created communal spaces that reinforced culture.
Dacon used their design-build service to construct a 221,000 SF, 3-story glass atrium leads to a 200-seat stadium reflecting openness and inclusion. A fluid plan of corporate offices, joint spaces and 46 R&D labs enables easy employee collaboration.
