Decreasing air pollutants through the use of materials and retention of green spaces is a benefit of The Austin Ranch community in The Colony, Texas.
This office in Girlillas Marketing utilized glass in the office walls to create an open environment while still offering a bit of a sound barrier.
Each of the seven floors has a seven-foot high interstitial floor, providing complete flexibility for building systems, such as HVAC, power and data wiring, and other services. Total building area is approximately 330,000 square feet with a 150-foot building height.
The 1 3/4" thick "Pave-Land" material was selected with a custom-blended TPV top using 80% light gray, 15% medium gray, and 5% dark gray was selected by the architect in conjunction with the landscape designer and building owners.
