The space can host up to 50 startup businesses at one time, from single-owner to 8-10 person teams. Each floor features a theme, symbolic of the different Richmond neighborhoods: Church Hill, The Fan, Jackson Ward, Manchester and Scott’s Addition.

Felber C18 is ready for outdoor use. This lightweight stacking chair from the FelberCollection not only cuts a fine figure on the balcony but is also suitable for the outdoor area of cafes and restaurants.
The seat is made up of two extruded aluminum profiles and is supported by two feet in cast aluminum. The feet can be fixed with an additional part to the ground. The elegant gap between the profiles serves at the same time for the drainage when the bank is set up outdoors.
Lounge seating is adjacent to reception and provide much needed private spots and quiet areas for people to gather – and are set apart from the rest of the office.
