Giroux Glass installed large windows to let in as much natural light as possible.
Outside seating lends itself to beautifully landscaped grounds with views of the Wasatch Mountains. Residents are encouraged to spend time outside where appropriate, and for those that can’t, many characteristics from outside are brought in to be enjoyed by all.
Commissioned artwork of a variety of plants was used for branding and wayfinding. Each floor had a corresponding plant and color-way. On each floor, one version of a plant was used in the backlit elevator lobby, and a coordinated version was used at the nurse station.

Many aspects of this project make it one-of-a-kind. For example, its showroom features a traditional style of installation along with a Herringbone pattern installation.
