Spacious lobby within an office building at One DTC West in Denver, Colorado. Barber Architecture completed this project.
Nawkaw’s expert color treatment transformed this gray, concrete building into an extraordinary display of fresh, vibrant color contrasted with beautiful wood grain detail.
The design for the Activities Room was inspired by the existing black & white murals that show the building’s history. Pops of color and strong geometric shapes were added throughout to bring life back to an outdated and underused formal lounge.
A seven-story, 800-car open-air parking deck is also located on the property.
