Providing more options for members to choose from was a huge focal point of the stakeholders involved in this project – the addition of seating options indoors and outdoors helped meet the Club’s mission of giving members great dining options without the need to travel outside of the community.
The Luminary chose smart glass for the West End’s tallest and most innovative new office building. SageGlass LightZone® was selected to optimize daylight, outdoor views, and occupant comfort.

The Tubie™ 5 2019 Pendant evenly illuminates the common area. The frosted white acrylic diffuser creates ample lighting and allows it to complement the modern interior aesthetic.
Alpine Avenue is used by residents in McMinnville as a hub to live, work and play. The spacious area can be host to a variety of community events and festivals. The SPAR wood pole, by Structura, was used to mount lighting fixtures for the pedestrian walkways.
With column diameters ranging from 38” to 76” and up to 26’ height, GC Products was able to design the columns to fit jobsite conditions and meet the tight schedule.
