The aesthetics were designed to blend well with another precast structure across the street but still have a unique look and feel.
The custom-designed, two-tone brick, which clad the Belmont Village Senior Living Lincoln Park exterior, was also incorporated as a design element through key interior spaces such as the gathering room.
