Each part of the American Airlines HQ in Fort Worth, Texas was well thought out. Even the wall coverings, by Fellert, are sound-absorbing.
The design intent of the panels was to create a dynamic warm flowing visual form. Mark Raissen conceptualized a series of 39 panels constructed with 3-Form Varia Ecoresin Texture Way to create the textured, formed the design of each panel located throughout the auditorium balcony.
Described by the Los Angeles Times as a “soaring monument of white plaster and glass,” the Donald Dugan Library in Costa Mesa’s Lions Park was the end result of years of community advocacy.
