Building with precast allowed for shortened installation times as the risers were cast at our Wisconsin plant and delivered to the site ready for placement.
Over the course of the 3-month installation, no on-site storage was required.
Located in far northern Wisconsin, Ashland students do not have the luxury of year round outdoor sports. With temperatures reaching far below zero and heavy snowfall for much of the year, a large indoor fieldhouse was vital.

FIU conducted a thorough sun study to determine how they could best shade the structure from the hot Miami sun. On the south elevation, the precast concrete window punch panels create an interesting sun shading element.
Natural elements such as a white oak flexible tambour bar front and natural marble counter top come together with high ceilings and natural timber beams.
