This substantial project for Kanabec State Bank in Mora, Minnesota involved the removal of an existing industrial building. The existing building’s concrete was crushed and ground into small gravel size pieces and used under the building and parking lot.
The Wine Bar + Market Patagonia is a Chile wine and specialty food market, built and opened in 2016 in the township of Puerto Natales Chile.
The renovation encompassed all four floors, plus basement, for a total of 46,890-square-feet. The renovation created organizational efficiencies, bringing together administrative offices and related services while creating one of the most energy-efficient buildings on CC’s campus.
