While remaining fully operational during construction, the extensive renovation of 19,100 square feet of the union labor hotel’s lobby and food and beverage areas included a new front desk configuration and the addition of a Bar in the lobby, by Plant Construction.
San Francisco’s historic Palace Hotel was transformed when Plant completed the renovation of the landmark’s 553 guestrooms.
The extension of two streets, Pullen Road and Bilyeu Street, are now officially open to traffic. The extension’s route directly links North Carolina State University (NCSU’s) Main and Centennial campuses.
