Renovation/expansion of the branch with the highest circulation in the Louisville system. Renovation of 6,000sf of the existing City Hall building (formerly a school) and new construction of about 11,000 sf, the expansion gave a new identity to the library, by Studio Kremer Architects.
OFS also embraced biophilic design with enhanced access to nature throughout the campus, including live plant installations throughout the indoor facilities and extensive grounds outdoors for employees to use.
