While parking lots and hardscapes typically account for a large percentage of a site’s impervious area, MSG ensured this was not the case with the CALTY Design Studio by designing and utilizing pervious pavers, pervious asphalt, and pervious concrete. As a result of this effort stormwater goals were exceeded with the amount of pervious pavement on the project being 73%.
