North Manchester Hospital's modern design is complimented by terracotta paneling provided by Terreal.
In order to bring the facade to life, Terreal facade team developed three "notched" rainscreen.
The play between the programs is further expressed through the use of glazing on the lower retail floors versus a more solid precast concrete panel/ masonry construction on the upper office floors. Murdock Solon Architects completed this project.
