Houston County hired Klein McCarthy Architects to assist with the master planning, design and construction of a new justice facility to replace their outdated 1857 jail. The new Justice Center includes a jury courtroom, hearing room, modern Law Enforcement Center, and an 82-bed jail.
The Lowry Morrison Building located in Minneapolis, MN is one of the oldest buildings in the North Loop district. Emanuelson-Podas helped with the beautiful renovations on this project after it was being vacant for 20 years.

The main goals of the design were to brighten up the private dining and main dining spaces and to create a welcoming and efficient aesthetic so that members and their guests feel at home.
A bright, spacious break room for employees of the Grant Hensley Dentist office in Franklin, Tennessee was a great addition to the space.
Working in collaboration with Sterling Bay’s in-house design team; EAA helped create a loft-style layout with a mix of offices, open workstations, and collaborative spaces.

The Park Evanston is a renovated apartment complex in Evanston, Illinois with custom amenity seating by Contract Industries.
The Columbia Square project included new construction and renovation of the historic CBS building. The restoration of several architectural features including stairs, entries, main lobby, elevators and windows returned the structure to its former glory.
State-of-the-art laboratory and new learning spaces with versatile, active learning environments for 2,000 students.
