White Bear Unitarian Universalist Church:
Expansion of the original church focuses on sustainability and performance acoustics.
The design for the Lexington Senior Center provides model features for site sustainability, including interior parking, rain gardens, biofiltration basins for on-site storm water detention, permeable pavers in parking areas, and an emphasis on landscape and detail.
Roy Anderson Corp was contracted by Bayer Properties to construct the mixed-use center called The Summit in Birmingham, Mississippi.

The dark bronze finish of windows and doors from St. Cloud Window complement the refined elegance of the 1920’s Santa Barbara Mission revival architecture style and while providing guest’s a peaceful refuge from urban noise.
Sustainability is a core focus of the project as a catalyst for enhancing connectivity and green space and improving the river walk. Photovoltaic panels and river source cooling will reduce energy load.
