ARCO used a design/build approach to deliver a 77,000 SF office building for Liberty Property Trust (now Prologis).
The clerestories provide diffuse studio light while the same structure acts as enclosure for a roof deck above. Stacked shelves accessible by movable ladders maximize storage in the small space. Shelves also act as a guardrail and privacy screen for the sleeping loft.
Aquatic Design Group provided design, engineering and construction observation services for an on structure roof-top plunge pool and hydrotherapy spa with panoramic views of Los Angeles.
