A focal point of The Vault is a 20-foot wide sapele mahogany door by ActivWall. The solid wood Horizontal Folding Door has etched opaque glass panels and is topped by a custom-designed arched transom.
Behind swiveling bookcases, you’ll find a hidden private dining room called The Vault. An ActivWall Horizontal Folding Door is used as a divider for this space.
A beautiful example of modern and sustainable architecture, the main branch of the Durham County Public Library opened in 2020, and ActivWall is honored to have two Horizontal Folding Door units inside this award-winning facility.
