The building’s lighting system is powered with state of the art LED fixtures. The Modus office utilizes a color changing white light control system meant to mimic the natural circadian light patterns of the day.
The development is located near the Beltline Eastside Trail and attracts locals, searching as a gathering place for eating and socializing. Jordan & Skala provided MEP engineering design.

The Minnesota Vikings Museum is a place for Vikings fans and Legends alike to experience the comprehensive history of the Minnesota Vikings and football in Minnesota. Sperides Reiners Architects, Inc was the architect on this project.
Benike Construction, the general contractor for the new SMOAK BBQ restaurant worked to ensure the project was completed on time and under budget.
