Designed for a production designer, this steep hillside transforms into a 3-story residence and studio. The form responds directly to the topography and the road creating a unique volume. The building is nestled back into the hillside to minimize the overall scale and mass of the structure.
At over 1M square feet, the project was the largest built-to-suit project in the state of New Jersey at the time.
