Artspace Hastings River Lofts is a 49,000 SF, a mixed-use project located along the Mississippi River in Downtown Hastings, Minnesota.
With its eleven floors, the Ellipse tower was conceived as an urban beacon. Its façade is decked out in Terreal glazed cladding with very neutral contemporary colors hanging in alignment with the brick of workers’ houses.
