Since the 55 Hudson yards lobby is illuminated by natural light, the ceiling panels needed to be extremely flat, so a honeycomb backer was employed. The result is a textured, floating ceiling that issues warmth and makes a connection with its urban and natural surroundings.

Donor recognition signage. Custom metal fabricated panels with UV Printed Acrylic, backlit causing the white UV ink to glow. Each donor panel is sized based on giving levels and is magnetically applied so that names can easily be changed or added over time. Created and installed by Welch Sign.
