The exterior of the Pioneer Endicott located in St. Paul, Minnesota was renovated by Advanced Masonry Restoration.
The Skylark LED Pendants are customized with 16″ shades and black-and-white cloth cords. The exterior of the shades are White while the interior are Charcoal Granite. The LED features include 1250 lumens with a 2700K color temperature and a domed lens.

The newly renovated Lobby features a custom-designed marble and glass wall at the entrance of the House with the names of those who made the House a reality and those who continue to support it.
