M Moser Associates designed the offices for Altico, a financial consultant company located in Mumbai, India. The home-office design concept was inspired by the Mid-Century industrial era, reflected in the use of raw bricks, concrete finishes and exposed ceilings.

Marnel C Moorman School is organized by grades into discreet “neighborhoods”. Each is set up as a learning community with classrooms grouped around a collaborative space – a “Collabora-dor’ – all with overhead doors so those class activities can flow between spaces.
The reception desk features wood accents that promote the high-end finishes throughout the office. Tennant's branding was also incorporated on clear glass to blend in with the overall space design.
