The 77,810 square-foot select-service hotel features an architecturally compelling, modern design with sleek rooms and expansive public spaces and a high level of finishes. The hotel is one of the first AC Hotels by Marriott in the region.
Suspended 25 feet from the ceiling throughout the library, Profile luminaires illuminate library shelving stacks, while also providing bright general lighting.
MODUS was challenged with renovating an existing building without as-builts. The scope of work included reworking existing equipment and pipe routing throughout the building. Part of the project included an addition for the new entrance/lobby into the Women's Center.
Bowie State and architects Perkins + Will incorporating more than 25,000 square feet of electronically tintable SageGlass® into the Center for Natural Sciences, Mathematics and Nursing, including a large south-facing curtain wall.

Andre Kikoski Architect designed a simple Kiosk adaptation of one of the museum’s iconic geometric forms. The teardrop shaped plan is extruded into a sloping and gently torqued volume that is clad in a double skin of luminous faceted resin rain-screen panels layered over a stainless skin.
