The cozy reading chairs and meeting area is encompassed by custom decorative graphic glass. The glass wall panels provide privacy and decoration to the space.
Wells Concrete provided 203 pieces of architectural precast concrete with acid etch and thin brick finishes to create the façade of the Mill Street Parking Structure in Wayzata, Minnesota.
The façade with its grid-like pattern stands elegantly above Bryant Park blending classical with contemporary.
The Boys and Girls Club was also keenly interested in the ability to save on electricity and HVAC costs through the use of this highly insulated system. Kalwall panels delivered, producing a U factor of .23 with a light transmission of 20 percent and a solar heat gain coefficient of 0.28.

To add to the retro vibe, the cookline is lined with bright pink tiles that spell out the restaurant’s name and draws people in to find out more about this unique restaurant.
The interior exhibits showcase the variety of airplane and war artifacts of World War II. The versatility of precast allowed for increased open space inside the building, eliminating the need for columns and obstructions.

The modern glass and concrete facade at the WWII Museum - US Freedom Pavilion - The Boeing Center, located in New Orleans, LA. Gate Precast provided the precast concrete and designed it specifically to complement the modern exterior finish.
