Grade pins and a laser were used to install high-strength Maxxon Dura-Cap in each of the Miami Design District properties, ensuring a smooth, strong, level surface ready to receive a variety of finished floor goods.
Maxxon Dura-Cap was used to help bring the two floors of the Miami Design District Burberry retail store up 1-1/2" to meet the existing entry and exits while also meeting a 1/8" per 10' tolerance to accommodate wood, tile and VCT finished floor goods.
