CSC’s new corporate home needed to reflect a modern, sleek aesthetic, which is where Tate’s high-end architectural finishes came into the picture. Our factory laminated hardwood panels arrived at the job site as a finished product ready for install, minimizing the need for additional on-site trades.
The use of Tate's raised access floors with underfloor air distribution which delivered on the promise of flexibility that was very critical to the Census Bureau's project of creating a thoughtfully designed and sustainable headquarters.
