Unbridled Solutions, an event planning and communication company, wanted a new office space that "allows them to work individually and then come together as a family". Using this request Lubowicki Architecture made that happen.

To solve the evident flooding problem, Solution Blue created a stormwater system including a primary trench drain and an overflow area drain with larger stormwater pipes to effectively manage stormwater without flooding the basement.
The Goddard School was constructed by Sachse Construction and features a beautiful classic facade.
The new Newport Beach Civic Center complex features a curved “sail” facade by Tesnion Structures.
Here at the Lofts at Mayo, 14 of the 29 units are fully-furnished for future tenants.
