Anderson provided landscape architectural services for a new orthopedic medical clinic and surgical facility. Rain gardens were designed into the site to assist with stormwater management.

To solve the evident flooding problem, Solution Blue created a stormwater system including a primary trench drain and an overflow area drain with larger stormwater pipes to effectively manage stormwater without flooding the basement.
