This interior fit-out consisted of a custom glass system at perimeter offices, café area with solid surface countertops, glass-encased conference room, custom reception desk, and an open office work area with systems furniture.
Isenberg + Associates completed the architecture design of the new congregation Darchei Noam.

Garage space at the Amalie Arena was remodeled into a retail taproom for Cigar City Brewing. Goodwin provided nearly 2,000sqft of 2-1/4” River-Recovered® Heart Cypress Character for the interior ceilings and walls and the exterior entryway of the brewery.
Derby City Gaming officially opened in September, 2018 and is located on the site that previously housed Churchill Downs’ former Track Side and Sports Spectrum. The 85,000 square foot historical race wagering complex is the only licensed gaming facility in Louisville, KY.
Glasshape’s frameless TemperShield® bent, toughened (tempered), and structural laminated 13.5mm (17/32 inch) Sentryglas balustrades were implemented along the balconies and roof top viewing deck, providing unobstructed views to the immediate environment and beyond.
