As part of a strategy to provide maintenance-friendly furnishings, several tables were a blend of durable-friendly reclaimed wood with industrial fittings. The area rugs over stained concrete were changeable carpet tiles with a colorful, striated pattern.

This interior fit-out consisted of a custom glass system at perimeter offices, café area with solid surface countertops, glass-encased conference room, custom reception desk, and an open office work area with systems furniture.
