Bockus Payne has had the distinct privilege to design the new home for the College of Medicine on the Health Sciences Center Campus in Oklahoma City.
Nilands in-house pattern and machine shop recreated the cast iron foundry tooling needed for an exact replication of the original 1920's light pole. Each section of the iron casting was sand blasted and several layers of paint removed revealed the raw iron casting.
