Gasum’s new activity-based office is located in Tapiola, Espoo. Many different team work solutions and individual work solutions, such as INTO the Nordic Silence’s POD PHONE can be found from the comfortable, spacious and modern workspace.
The redevelopment of this space consists of a 250 room dual-brand hotel, two standalone restaurants, and associated parking and roadway improvements. Allen & Major completed the civil engineering, land survey, wetland delineation, landscape architecture, and construction services.

522 Industries used their recycled tubing, cut off welded into hot-rolled frame Steel C-Channel stringer with wood treads. All cuts mitered with no visible welds.
Feeney Inc's 3/16” stainless steel CableRail assemblies were selected as the infill on the stairs and mezzanine at the Myrick Hixon's, to not distract from the original woodwork.
American Artstone provided county plaques, arches and veneer panels for the 50,000 person TCF Bank Stadium at the University of Minnesota.
