This Edina MOB includes a 2-story open field house for physical therapy and a 3-story office building for a physical therapy clinic, prosthetics shop/treatment rooms, and an ambulatory surgery center on the second floor. Sperides Reiners Architects was the architect on this project.
We work with our partners at PFI (Picture and Framing Industries) to create custom logos in almost any material from masonite to wood to acrylic.
The Lobby at the Hmong College Prep Academy in St. Paul, Minnesota
Nilands in-house pattern and machine shop recreated the cast iron foundry tooling needed for an exact replication of the original 1920's light pole. Each section of the iron casting was sand blasted and several layers of paint removed revealed the raw iron casting.
