Visitors are rewarded on entering the building with 100% Ferrari style, which has been achieved by Figgis + Jefferson Tepa knitting together the extremely precise and complex Ferrari Corporate Identity.
The building is Energy Star rated, and boasts a host of other sustainable strategies.
A key feature of this project are the curved balustrades and curved double glazing. These elements not only provide a focal point to the building but also compliment the ethos of connecting to the natural landmarks of the local area.

G. Davis and Associates provided the composite fiber cement rainscreen, fiber cement facades and soffits for the West Campus Transportation Center at the University of Iowa.
Pulp Studio produced 800 unique panels of a special, triple laminated glass to comprise the facade on the new wing of the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, Calif.
American Artstone provided the sills, lintels, banding, veneer modules, panels, and caps for the new 73,000 sf Veterans Home in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
D2 was looking for ways to integrate the Brixmor brand that includes a distinctive X graphic.
