This shopping center is located on Kennedy Boulevard, one of the main arteries of Tampa, Florida. The modern transformation splits the center into two buildings connected by a covered breezeway which created two new “In-Caps” and outdoor seating.
The hospital was designed to offer the highest standards of care, including aseptic environments for surgery, while also providing the high‐touch, homelike spaces that clients appreciate.
Cummins Live Well Center selected Terreal North America’s Piterak Slim Terracotta Cladding.

On the penthouse floor of a SoHo cast-iron building, Murdock Solon Architects built the headquarters for the film production studio, Cutters. The 4,000 square-foot space represents a unique balance of historic preservation, innovative technology, and warm interiors.

Located on 21st Street and 11th Avenue, the building’s footprint is a trapezoidal space. The greatest challenge was including the typical “white box” exhibition room without disrupting the space’s flow.
The traditional clay tile roof is a mandatory design element for enhancing the exotic cupolas and complex roof tiers prevalent in Mediterranean themes. DECRA Tile provides this essential scalloped-style aesthetic without the shortcomings of clay.
