The dining area is very low-key and casual at the East Rock Brewing Company in New Haven, Connecticut. Newick Architects was the architect on this project.
Opening up the building with additional glass converted the building to a very welcoming facility with plenty of natural light and panoramic views while maintaining the best architectural features of this historic brick building.
This five-story, 20-unit complex has many amenities, including granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and private laundry. Clark Engineering teamed with the architect to create a luxurious, yet comfortable atmosphere for college students.

The UNCG pedestrian tunnel is a 200’ long, pedestrian and bicycle tunnel under the Norfolk Southern rail line that ensures safe and convenient access for students coming to and from the campus.
