This Edina MOB includes a 2-story open field house for physical therapy and a 3-story office building for a physical therapy clinic, prosthetics shop/treatment rooms, and an ambulatory surgery center on the second floor. Sperides Reiners Architects was the architect on this project.
Large workspace was included in the building renovation. When brainstorming and working with blueprints a large open space is needed.
