A contemporary designed lobby at Confluence on 3rd Apartments in Des Moines, Iowa. This project was developed by Roers Companies based in Long Lake, Minnesota.
The wall receives regular maintenance to ensure that the plants thrive. Grow lights were installed at the top of the wall so that the plants receive enough light, by Ambius.
The exterior facade features a mix of brick and modern glass finishes that provides a unique building design.
