The Lowry Morrison Building located in Minneapolis, MN is one of the oldest buildings in the North Loop district. Emanuelson-Podas helped with the beautiful renovations on this project after it was being vacant for 20 years.

Stepping into Hotel Boulderado's lobby, function was improved by relocating the front desk to better accommodate a large living room with several seating groups to enhance the cocktail and light menu service. The historic mosaic tile floor and fireplace were resurrected and restored.
