The Center at Lincoln is a 3-story, 77,500 SF, skilled nursing facility located on a 3-acre site. Wells Concrete was involved in this skilled nursing facility from conceptual design through erection, performing on an accelerated schedule of 21 weeks from notice to proceed to erection completion.
This project includes the expansion of the Ward County Government Campus to include an addition to their jail, a courthouse remodel, and a new four-story office building. Wells Concrete provided insulated architectural wall panels with an acid etch finish with reveals.
