Renovation of this beautiful building includes expanding hallways within the office. Large windows, hardwood floors, and clean walls were a must in this space.
The design combined extensive hardscape, lush plantings, & active recreational areas. Design elements include outdoor showers and bar at the cabana, barbeque & dining areas shaded with a pergola.
This adaptive reuse project transformed an old warehouse Crain Construction originally built in 1959 into Class A office space. The project won a ULI Nashville Excellence in Development Award.
