The program is reversed, with bedrooms on the first two floors and the main living space and primary bedroom on the top floor to take full advantage of the view.
Stacked shelves accessible by movable ladders maximize storage in the small space. Shelves also act as a guardrail and privacy screen for the sleeping loft.

In 2011 during the lobby renovation, the tall, arched windows and large, upper rectangular windows were restored with St. Cloud Window historic 2500 Series and 5000 Series windows. The scope of our involvement included 857 total windows.
The St. Cloud Window 9000-A9 acoustic curtain wall expands the functionality of the existing building while creating a spirited identity of its own through its soft and flowing forms.
