The CoBank Center is a Class A, build-to-suit office complex. The 296,000 sf, 11-story office building with an attached 6-level precast parking structure that accommodates 950 cars is a showcase facility for Colorado workers.

The graphic walls were designed to break up the large runs of the wall in the open office areas and to generate creativity and fun. The white bands on the graphic walls represent the sharing of ideas from one employee to another, by TZS Design Interiors.

Glass lamination involves the fusing of two monolithic slabs to a pliable interlayer to create a single, transparent composite of glass. The products are produced by a series of processes, from cleaning to glass sandwiching in a clean room environment to the furnace that produces laminated glass.
