This Hillrom project was a tenant occupied project and included a new front entry and canopy, additional exterior windows, tiered concrete patio, new LED lighting, stainless steel cable rail stairs at the lobby, and upgraded finishes throughout the space.
Three custom variations blue from Pure + FreeForms Graphic Collection recall the colors of the sea and give a cooling effect on the bold facade of the Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium.
