The Center at Lincoln is a 3-story, 77,500 SF, skilled nursing facility located on a 3-acre site. Wells Concrete was involved in this skilled nursing facility from conceptual design through erection, performing on an accelerated schedule of 21 weeks from notice to proceed to erection completion.
The building is emphasized by a provision of siding Zéphir® Evolution in horizontal lines that combine five colors of the range: red-orange, red, Violine, champagne, plus a glazed white lines that give a glossy touch to the façade.
The facade and massing are maintained in scale with the Venice walk street location.
The Center at Lincoln includes 96 patient beds, a full kitchen and dining area, complete physical therapy gym, a salon, and administration area.
