The Center at Lincoln includes 96 patient beds, a full kitchen and dining area, complete physical therapy gym, a salon, and administration area. The Mediterra Café project façade renovation by Wildman Chalmers Design created a revived streetscape presence with changes that included increasing the height of the storefront with a new custom wood transom.
The total precast structure includes precast columns, double tees, inverted tees, beams and spandrels. Exterior walls are spandrels with curtainwall glass.
