Wells Concrete worked diligently on Tioga Ambulance Center by adding a 15,000 square foot, two-level clinic, a new ambulance garage, and expanded emergency area to the existing hospital, as well as remodel of the existing facility.

The back of terrace spandrels was “seeded” with aggregate to replicate the formed finish of the face and edges of the panel.
Hopkins Architecture opted for an exterior clear coat finish treated with gold and copper pearl to generate reflection of warmth.
