Spring Valley Medical Center is a six floor medical building with more than 100k square feet of medical office space and parking. Construction Specialties aluminum sunshades/vert-a-cade and BEMO's perforated panel system accent the garage levels allowing natural ventilation.
The SF Moma won the 2017 AWCI Excellence Award for Ceilings. GC products engineered and manufactured the ceiling with a curved GRG/GFRG light cove pattern.
The large stairway connected each level of the Minnesota Heritage Center. Custom lighting and natural-themed finishes bring the overall interior design together.

This walkway includes updated archways with natural plants for added flair. The new park serves the library and the neighborhood well.
Designed by Resort Interiors the iconic flooring material is a custom ASI Hardwood in a herringbone pattern which mixes with the Barrel-Aged Cocktails and comfort food vibe in this neighborhood place.
The restaurant located in the Kellogg Conference Hotel features vinyl flooring from ASI's Concrete Vinyl Collection.
