Barber Architects began the project with a typical tenant finish remodel of three floors leased by a rapidly growing energy firm, located in a multi-tenant downtown Denver office building.
Fontanel Mansion and Inn, the former home of Barbara Mandrell, exhibits how CableRail blends with traditional architectural styles, enhancing the open nature of the complex and grounds.

The design for the Activities Room was inspired by the existing black & white murals that show the building’s history. Pops of color and strong geometric shapes were added throughout to bring life back to an outdated and underused formal lounge.
A wide sweeping curved marble monumental staircase descends from the Mezzanine down to the ballroom. Five magnificent Hess chandeliers, having been reclaimed and restored from the historic Hess Department Store, once again illuminate an Allentown landmark.
Precast wall panels are naturally fire-resistant and quick installation in any weather condition allows for fast building enclosure and lower construction financing costs.
